LENNARD HIGH SCHOOL KEY CLUB

Officers

-Maintain 3.0 GPA

-Behavior penalties (ISS, OSS, ANOB, detention, referral, etc.) result in immediate termination of officership and may result in probation or termination of membership


-Less than 20 hours by end of first semester = officership & membership terminated

-20 - 29 hours by end of first semester = one month probation resulting in termination of officership & membership if 30 hours is not met by end of month

-30+ hours by end of first semester = officer & member in good standing

Members

-Maintain 2.0 GPA

HOUR REQUIREMENTS

-Each member is responsible for earning 30 hours per semester according to the bylaws outlined above, which we consider for certain privileges, such as senior cords and DCON.

-Your membership and hours reset at the end of each school year. The summer period opens up to everyone, including past members and non-members, meaning any student can attend our events. There is not a set membership from May to September. Because the membership resets at the end of each school year, your hours during the second semester do not affect said year’s membership, but do determine certain privileges, such as senior cords and DCON. 

SENIOR CORD REQUIREMENTS


60 hr year average = free cord


40 - 50 hr year average = $10 cord


39 hrs or less = not eligible for cord
